ZRG Acquires Dowd Associates Inc. Richard Dowd to join ZRG as Managing Director in the Financial Officers Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, USA (April 30, 2019) — ZRG has announced the acquisition of certain assets of  boutique firm, Dowd Associates, an established executive search leader in the financial officers space.

As part of the asset purchase agreement, President and CEO, Richard Dowd will join ZRG as a Managing Director.  In addition to being a known subject matter expert in Treasury search, Richard also has deep experience in VP’s of Finance, Controller, and CFO search work. He will be a member of ZRG’s Financial Officers practice.
