Tom Arnall Adds Interim and Fintech Experience to ZRG as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, September 7, 2023 – ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, today welcomes Tom Arnall to the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting division as Managing Director. Having served leading interim solutions and executive search businesses in addition to founding a successful Fintech firm, Tom’s clients benefit from his combination of experiences and unique viewpoint as an advisor.

Tom co-founded Floan, a consumer lending platform offering flexible flight finance, in 2018. As a founding member, he scaled the business, built the executive team, and fundraised (including investor backing for the Fintech firm). He also gained experience in regulatory licensing and product development. Tom currently sits on the company’s board of directors.

As an executive advisor, Tom brings a successful track record of more than 12 years across both interim and permanent search assignments, including C-suite and board-level placements. Before joining ZRG, he served as Director and Deputy Head of Sheffield Haworth’s Global Fintech Practice. Earlier, he worked for a leading global interim management business for nearly a decade. Specializing within the global Financial Services sector, Tom has pertinent expertise in banking, digital assets, and critical Fintech mandates.
