Stephen Konstans Brings Finance and Accounting Expertise to ZRG as Managing Director

Joining the Financial Officers Practice, he brings a wealth of expertise acquired over three decades across various industries and global landscapes. Exemplary of his reputation within the field, Stephen also serves as both a speaker and moderator on a range of business and search-related subjects.

Before joining ZRG, Stephen was an impactful leader for Pearson Partners International for 18 years, serving as the firm’s Financial Officers Practice Leader. Earlier, he led his own executive search firm, held roles at D. E. Foster Partners and Robert Half International, and served as an auditor for Arthur Andersen and KPMG. He currently lends his expertise to the advisory boards of the Institute for Excellence in Corporate Governance, affiliated with the University of Texas system, and Broadway Dallas.

Stephen has a proven aptitude for navigating the complexities of Fortune 500 environments and private enterprises alike, with clients including family offices, owner-operated businesses, and private equity-backed organizations. Having held CPA licensure in both Texas and Tennessee, he is especially aware of the complex demands and challenges inherent in finance and accounting leadership roles.
