Shawn's impressive career in healthcare recruitment includes a decade of success in retained recruitment, followed by six years dedicated to RPO. Prior to joining ZRG, he served as the Director of National Accounts-Healthcare for a Global Talent Solutions Organization, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership in managing national accounts and driving strategic talent solutions.

Throughout his career, Shawn has developed a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare sector, with a particular focus on hospitals and health systems.
