Ralph von Pallandt Joins ZRG as Managing Director, Expanding Firm’s European Reach

Rochelle Park, NJ, September 21, 2022 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm based in the United States, announces the addition of Ralph “Rato” von Pallandt as Managing Director. Spearheading a new Munich office, Ralph furthers the firm’s reach into Germany and Europe. He joins ZRG’s Global Industrial and Financial Services practices and will also lend his insights to CHRO search engagements.

Ralph has previously worked in Germany, the UK, and the US. Before joining ZRG, he founded Pallandt & CIE – Holding, a boutique executive search company where he also served as Managing Director. Earlier, he served as Executive Director, Russell Reynolds Associates; Senior Vice President, Allianz SE; MD & CHRO for Allianz Real Estate; and CHRO for all European national sales companies of General Motors (27 European countries in total).

With an MBA in International Business and Relations from the European School of Management & Technology in Berlin and a BA in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich, Ralph’s business expertise spans Operations, Management, Sales, Human Resources, Real Estate, and Government Relations.
