Nick Irving Joins ZRG’s Global Industrial Practice Group as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, March 20, 2024 – ZRG, global talent advisory firm providing people solutions for complex talent issues, announces the addition of Nick Irving as Managing Director. Nick has successfully executed high-profile searches across the aviation, retail, consumer, and financial services sectors, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor with over 20 years of executive search experience. He joins the firm’s Global Industrial Practice.

While Nick’s search work primarily focuses on C-suite recruitment, he has also delivered several senior technical hires in the aviation sector, placing flight operations, safety, and engineering leaders amongst other roles. Before joining ZRG, he worked at another boutique executive search firm as Managing Director for over a decade. During his time there, he represented international airlines, airports, and other entities within the global aviation sector, and he developed a substantial international network which he continues to work with today.

Beyond aviation, Nick has completed engagements within financial services, retail, and consumer, recruiting senior customer-facing leaders to fill operations, commercial, and multichannel roles. Before transitioning to executive search, he served one of the world’s largest retailers in operations, recruitment, and human resources roles.
