Natalie Sleiman Joins ZRG as Managing Director and EMEA Lead of the Professional & Technology Services Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, February 22, 2022 – ZRG, named the fastest-growing global executive search firm of 2020, today adds Natalie Sleiman as Managing Director. Based in Dubai, Natalie joins the firm’s Professional & Technology Services Practice and will serve as EMEA lead for the practice group, further expanding ZRG’s data-driven platform and industry-leading global presence in the region.

As an executive search consultant, Certified Executive Leadership Assessor, and Certified Practitioner in Organizational Culture Transformation, Natalie has successfully placed C-suite and senior leaders within Technology, Advisory, and growth-stage companies across the Middle East. She previously served as Partner, Head of Technology & Professional Services, MENA for another top global retained executive search firm. Earlier, she established and led Volkswagen Financial Services in the Middle East, earning the Top Sales Performing Market globally for Volkswagen Financial Services in 2013.

In 2021, Natalie was elected President of the INSEAD Alumni Association in the UAE, having earned her Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2014. Additionally, she established and currently oversees the UAE Chapter of She Loves Tech, putting into practice her passion for supporting female-founded tech startups.
