Key Leadership Alignment Updates at ZRG

Rochelle Park, NJ, July 15, 2024 – ZRG, a fast-growing and leading global talent advisory firm, today announced multiple key leadership alignment moves in their Human Resources Officers, Board Services, and Marketing & Growth Officers practices.

Bev Morgan will now lead the Human Resources Officers practice, succeeding the team of Wendy Murphy and Davonne Helmer. As Managing Partner and market leader, Wendy Murphy will continue working with ZRG’s industry and functional practice leaders to expand client relationships at the Board of Directors and C-suite levels, deepening ZRG’s partnerships in executive search, talent advisory, and board consulting.

“Bev brings a strong record of collaboration during her time at ZRG and a vast network of HR leaders within the markets she serves,” said Nate Frank, President of Executive Search. “I am excited to build on the amazing foundations that Wendy and Davonne have established and to continue bringing our HR officers clients the very best,” added Morgan.

Sue Wilson will join Chuck King to share leadership of the Board Practice. Wilson has established Board Sync, a unique reverse board offering, as market differentiator and has continued to execute traditional board search work with major clients.

“I very much look forward to working with Chuck and other search MDs and across business lines to open doors for more extensive work to be done in major clients,” said Wilson. “Board Sync truly differentiates our Board Practice from others in the industry, and we look forward to continued practice growth,” remarked Frank.

David Wiser has stepped up to lead the Marketing & Growth Officers practice with Kate Bullis. Brad McLane has stepped down from practice leadership to focus more on search-wide initiatives like the Performance Benchmarking project he is spearheading with David Hart.

“David has very quickly integrated into ZRG, having partnered with other ZRG MD’s on nearly $2 million in origination in a four-month period,” states Frank. “I look forward to adding my functional knowledge to Kate’s while focusing on different sectors within the realm of Marketing to continue to build the impact of this practice,” remarked Wiser.
