Jeff Mollica Joins ZRG’s Life Sciences Practice Group as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, May 4, 2023 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global talent advisory firm, grows with the addition of Jeff Mollica as Managing Director. Based in Philadelphia, Jeff joins the firm’s Medical Device & Life Sciences Practice. He will identify talent management solutions for executive and professional roles across the medical device ecosystem, including healthcare technology and tech-enabled services.

Jeff brings considerable functional and industry expertise, having successfully executed over 100 CEO, officer, and senior leadership search assignments for medical device and healthcare services companies. His placements span several life science verticals and key functional areas, including Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Strategy.

Before joining ZRG, Jeff served Korn Ferry as an executive search consultant, placing CEOs, Chief Medical Officers, and other C-suite leaders in addition to filling critical R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Strategy roles. Prior to entering the world of executive search, Jeff accumulated 16 years of experience in the medical device industry, which included a leadership role for one of the top global medical device companies.
