ZRG Increases Social Impact Footprint with Addition of Amy Shea

Rochelle Park, NJ, March 9, 2023 – ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, has expanded their presence in the social impact space with the addition of Amy Shea, a 15-year veteran of the search and coaching industries. In her work, Shea partners with local and nationwide clients encompassing the fields of education, health and wellness, arts and culture, youth and family services, environment, and agriculture. She specializes in recruiting engagements at the highest levels, including CEO, Executive Director, President, and other key senior leadership positions.

Prior to ZRG, Shea spent time with both Koya Partners, where she led executive search for their nonprofit client base. She has worked in Korn Ferry's Nonprofit and Education practice, and at the Broad Center. She initially moved into recruiting with Bain & Company following several years stewarding internship programs at Boston University and Emerson College.
