Tori is an experienced facilitator, sailor and wilderness educator. She has over 25 years designing and delivering  programs on land and sea with fortune 500 companies, Outward Bound, NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), business schools, non-profits and sailing schools. Her experience spans various populations including, women’s groups, c-suit executives, boards, veterans, public schools, educators, senior leaders, middle managers, front-line workers and new hires. Her specialty lies in Leadership Development and acceleration: aligning strategy, developing leaders, navigating change and creating opportunities for innovation. She focuses helping others be more effective and authentic leaders who build teams and unleash their potential. Her recent clients include 5 years with Accredo at Express Scripts, T-Mobile, Athena Heath, Corning,  Swank Motion Pictures, Maine Health and the State of Maine.
