Tom Pimm is the Chief Operating Officer and Division Head for ZRG’s Embedded Recruiting practice. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in embedded recruiting, RPO, and talent operations.

Tom began his career out of business school in Corporate Finance and M&A at The TJX Companies before serving as CEO and CFO across multiple Boston-based professional services firms. He later co-founded Hub Recruiting, where he helped build a boutique, tech-enabled RPO platform for scaling organizations. After ZRG acquired Hub, Tom has led operations and finance, and now serves as the head of ZRG’s Embedded practice and is part of ZRG’s executive leadership team.

Tom’s background blends financial discipline with hands-on operational leadership and a coaching-first approach he developed through years of building and integrating talent teams and platforms.

Tom is based in Boston and Cape Cod, and enjoys competitive golf.
