With an eye for innovation and a knack for navigating the complex world of recruiting, Tom’s expertise has been instrumental in driving success and growth. His background is rich with experience, having previously held the titles of CEO & CFO at multiple labor firms based in Boston, where he honed his skills in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, starting his illustrious career at TJ Maxx / Marshalls.

Tom’s academic foundation was laid at The University of Rochester, followed by an advanced degree from Northeastern University’s Business School, grounding him in the principles of business and leadership. Outside the boardroom, Tom indulges in the mysteries of a good conspiracy theory, competitive golf, and the serene joy of striper fishing at the Cape.
