Tom Pimm is the Chief Operating Officer and Division Head for ZRG’s Embedded Recruiting practice. He brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in embedded recruiting, RPO, and talent operations.

Tom began his career in Corporate Finance and M&A at The TJX Companies before serving as CEO and CFO across several Boston-based staffing and labor services firms. He later co-founded Hub Recruiting, where he helped build a boutique, tech-enabled RPO platform that helps fast-growing organizations scale hiring. After ZRG acquired Hub, Tom led operations for the firm’s Embedded practice as part of ZRG’s executive leadership team.

Tom partners with clients across technology, consumer, industrial, education, and private equity-backed environments, helping organizations scale hiring capacity, navigate growth and post-acquisition integration. His background blends financial discipline with hands-on operational leadership and a coaching-first approach he developed through years of building and integrating talent platforms. He also supports education and workforce development initiatives.

Tom is based in the Boston and The Cape,  and enjoys competitive golf and time on the water.
