Prior to co-founding NextCap Search, Tom worked at a boutique search firm where he developed more than 10 years of experience leading and executing searches across Investment Banking, Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy.

Earlier in his career, he was a Managing Director at Bear Stearns with a specialization in talent acquisition and development, and also had been a Vice President within the firm’s TMT Investment Banking Group.  Tom is able to apply his first hand experiences to evaluate a candidate’s true capabilities and potential.

Tom received his MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and graduated cum laude with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
