Tamsin Clark-Lush joins ZRG Partners as Vice President, Partner Recruitment. In this role, Tamsin will be sourcing and hiring talented executive search partners globally for ZRG with a heightened focus on the European, EMEA, and rest of world markets. Tamsin is a Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Specialist with over 20 years of experience, possessing extensive leadership skills developed both in-house within FTSE 100 businesses and in executive search organizations. She has a proven track record in sourcing and securing exceptional talent for organizations undergoing growth or transformation across Technology, Retail, Financial Services, and Consumer sectors. Known for being approachable, memorable, and collaborative, she brings a solution-oriented mindset to every challenge.

In her previous role as a Global Leadership Hiring Specialist at the UK's largest SaaS organization, Sage Group plc, she was accountable for leadership hiring requirements globally. She has developed and delivered the Global Hiring Strategy, sourced, and secured exceptional talent for business-critical leadership roles, and placed Diversity and Inclusion at the heart of all hiring practices. Tamsin constantly collaborated with colleagues, leaders, and partners ensuring all efforts contributed to making the organization an amazing place to work and helping customers transform the way they think and work.

Formerly, Tamsin served as the Head of Leadership Hiring at Marks and Spencer plc, an iconic British retail organization, for three years. Before that, she led the Retail Practice at Berwick Partners, part of the Odgers Executive Search Firm, where she delivered high-caliber talent solutions across various sectors.

Tamsin holds a Joint Honors Degree in Politics from the University of Bristol and a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Westminster, London.

Outside of her professional life, Tamsin has a keen interest in interior design and home renovation, gardening, baking, and travel. Tamsin also enjoys tennis, Pilates, hiking, and spending time in the great outdoors. Additionally, she volunteers at an animal rescue center, contributing to her community and supporting a cause close to her heart.
