Before joining ZRG, Steve built a distinguished career spanning both executive search firms and in-house talent leadership roles. Steve spent the past decade within WarnerMedia, ultimately leading the Global Executive Search team across WarnerBros Discovery. His experience gives him a unique perspective on the evolving leadership demands facing organizations across the media and entertainment landscape.
