Steve Revill joined ZRG as a Managing Director within the Firm's Finance division in 2024 following the acquisition of Ignata Finance, a firm he co-founded in 2017. With over 20 years of experience of recruiting CFOs and their teams into a wide variety of industries, he brings a track record of successful partnerships with clients including listed plcs, Private Equity backed companies and privately owned businesses.

Prior to the launch of Ignata and subsequent integration into ZRG, Steve worked for Michael Page for over a decade. He grew a multi-disciplined regional function before moving into the Page Executive arm of the Group. With roots in the south-east of England, he operates across the London and UK-wide markets.
