Stephen Lavin is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice, helping organizations turn complex technology challenges into growth drivers.

Before joining ZRG, Stephen served as a Managing Partner at Fortium Partners.

Stephen brings more than 30 years of global technology leadership experience, working with mid-market and private equity-backed companies to lead digital transformation, post-M&A integration, and business turnaround efforts. He has held senior roles, including Chief Technology Officer at Redbox and technology leadership positions at Outerwall and RedSky Technologies. His work spans modernizing enterprise platforms, strengthening cybersecurity and compliance frameworks, and leading high-stakes, time-sensitive transformation programs. Known for aligning technology strategy to business outcomes, Stephen helps organizations reduce costs, improve performance, and reinvest in growth.
