Sarah Andrews is a Managing Director at ZRG Partners, bringing a deep passion for advancing purpose-driven organizations in the pharmaceutical, biotech, diagnostics, medical device, and life science tools/services sectors. Since transitioning into executive search in 2018, she has specialized in Vice President to C-suite placements, with expertise spanning commercial functions, R&D, as well as C-suite roles and ensuing leadership team buildouts in the nonprofit and social impact sectors.

Sarah excels at identifying top executive talent for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, particularly during periods of rapid growth and team expansion. Her ability to assess both technical expertise and intangible leadership qualities makes her a trusted partner in building high-performing executive teams.

At Toft Group, now a ZRG company, Sarah was Director of Executive Search. She had been recognized multiple years in a row for targeting top talent at a rapid pace, receiving awards for fastest searches and most targeted searches. Prior to joining Toft Group, Sarah was a recruiter at a San Diego-based staffing agency ranked in the top 1% of recruitment firms nationwide. She worked within the Professional Practice division, gaining experience with a broad range of roles and industries. Notably, Sarah achieved the company’s first international placements and worked a full-cycle recruitment desk from search origination to placement. Prior to entering executive search, Sarah worked in the biotech industry for an oncology diagnostics company, holding various roles within Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing.

Sarah holds her BS in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis.
