Pierre Fel is a Principal in ZRG’s Financial Services Practice, based in Singapore. With nearly two decades of executive search experience, Pierre is a trusted advisor to organizations seeking transformational leadership across the financial services sector. His distinctive perspective combines deep search expertise with extensive experience as an executive and team coach, helping clients identify leaders who drive business performance while building high-performing teams.

Before joining ZRG, Pierre led the Insurance Practice for Heidrick & Struggles in Southeast Asia and held senior roles with leading financial services search boutiques across Europe and Asia. Most recently, he was a Partner at Eric Salmon & Partners, where he focused on financial services executive search and co-led the firm's leadership development practice.

Pierre has placed CEOs, C-suite executives, and board directors across insurance, reinsurance, and broader financial services markets throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific. Known for his ability to assess leadership beyond credentials alone, he brings expertise in executive assessment, succession planning, leadership development, and team effectiveness. His coaching background gives him a unique lens for evaluating resilience, self-awareness, and leadership impact in complex environments.

Based in Singapore, Pierre is bilingual in English and French and conversant in Italian and Mandarin. Outside of search, he is passionate about leadership development and helping teams unlock their collective potential.
