Phoebe Henderson is located in Northern Virginia and co-leads ZRG’s Aerospace Defense and Government Services practice. For more than 20 years, she has been an ardent supporter of the government contracting community and is passionate about helping firms as they transition through different inflection points in their growth curve. She has led and executed numerous Vice President to C-level searches across technology, IT, professional services and C5ISR markets for public, private, and private equity- backed companies.

She is intimately familiar with the dynamic and differing needs of small, mid-tier and large companies that sell their services and solutions to the government. Her program management, marketing and corporate strategy background strengthens her ability to culturally match this market’s rich, executive talent with innovative companies.

Phoebe is a graduate of Guilford College in Greensboro, NC.

She has served as a Parent Mentor for parents of children with congenital heart or intestinal defects and is an active volunteer within her community. She previously served as a Membership Co-Chair for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) for the National Capital Area. Phoebe is a current member of the Association of Corporate Growth for the National Capital Area (ACG-NCA), and the Professional Services Council. She enjoys playing golf, visiting local wineries, reading and watching anything that involves history.
