Phil Archer is a Managing Director at ZRG specializing in senior-level Performance Marketing and Digital leadership searches. With more than two decades of experience spanning marketing, growth strategy, and global business leadership, Phil advises organizations on building leadership teams that drive measurable customer acquisition, retention, and digital transformation.
Before joining ZRG, Phil served as Chief Marketing Officer and EVP, GM International at Ouro, a global fintech payments company formerly known as Netspend. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at The Zyman Group and was the founding CMO of Netspend.
Phil partners with companies to identify and recruit senior leaders across performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, eCommerce, UX and product, analytics, and marketplace businesses. He brings an operator’s perspective to executive search, shaped by experience leading large marketing organizations, improving customer acquisition efficiency, scaling lifecycle marketing programs, and expanding international operations across Europe, Australia, Latin America, and the Middle East. His background also includes founding and advising early-stage ventures across fintech, SaaS, and alternative financing.
He holds a BBA in Marketing with Honors from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
