Peter Gremillion is a Managing Director at ZRG Partners in Frankfurt, Germany. He has accumulated more than 17 years of Executive Search experience in the industrial, life science, and consumer sectors and has specific knowledge in the industrial equipment, packaging, chemical, food & feed, and biotechnological sectors. Peter’s specialization has been concentrated on placing senior executives in executive-level positions within these sectors.

Peter began his executive search career with a German boutique where he worked as a researcher, recruiter, and then project leader, giving him the opportunity to learn the executive search profession from the bottom up. After ten years with this German boutique, Peter joined an EMEA-wide executive search firm where he became a Practice Group Leader and had a leadership role for Western Europe specifically for their Industrial & Manufacturing practice.

In addition to his extensive search experience, Peter brings with him native English and fluent German language skills. He has strong knowledge concerning cross-border, international and global relocation, executive search for specialist roles, and a deep passion for sustainable solutions.

Peter received both his Bachelor in International Business and Bachelor in International Relations from the College of Charleston in 2000. He was then recruited to Germany for his first professional position in the industry.
