Pam brings a unique twenty year history of combined business and leadership experience to her global ZRG clients. She combines her passion for individual and team development with her expertise of organizational alignment. With a focus on performance leadership and executive coaching, Pam’s recent clients have included Express Scripts, Grand Circle Travel, Johnson & Johnson, Tellabs Inc., Biogen, US Cellular, and MEMIC. Prior to her position with ZRG, Pam worked for nine years in New York as a Director for Outward Bound Professional building successful business with the investment banking community and providing experiential programs for new hires.

Pam holds a BA in Environmental Conservation from the University of Colorado and has traveled extensively abroad with academic studies of cultural and political focus. She holds certifications from Interaction Associates in Facilitative Leadership and Leadership Effectiveness Analysis. Pam resides on the coast of Maine with her husband and three children.
