Owen is currently a Principal at ZRG, providing executive search and human capital advisory services. While he specializes in recruiting Human Resources Officers, Owen has completed engagements at the C-suite and VP levels across a variety of industries, ownership structures, and functional areas. He has been heavily involved in bringing to market the groundbreaking Taylor Assessment, a proprietary culture consultancy tool being developed by Walking the Talk and ZRG. Prior to joining ZRG, Owen spent 13 years as a college basketball coach.
