Oli Swift serves as Principal within the Financial Officers practice for ZRG.

In February 2024 ZRG acquired Ignata Finance, where Oli had spent 4 years building their Private Equity practice.

Oli has spent 15 years working within finance recruitment, training with one of the largest human capital firms listed on FTSE 250. The last 6 years Oli has specialised in Lower mid-market CFO appointments within Private Equity backed businesses and Finance buildouts within larger mid-market businesses.

He has a Bsc in Business Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Oli lives on the South-Coast, splitting his time between London and the coast. An avid golfer and most sports that include a ball or water.
