Nelson is Managing Director for ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Office in Houston, Texas. Nelson has over 20 years of professional services experience. He has significant experience with clients in the Fortune 500 as well as working with small and mid-sized companies. Nelson’s clients encompass the Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences and Consumer Retail segments. Nelson is highly focused on creating and maintaining long time business relationships with his clients. Nelson enjoys helping his clients achieve their short-term and long-term business goals.

Prior to joining the ZRG team, Nelson has been involved in Sales Leadership opportunities in the Texas region, with a publicly held Professional Services company. During this time, Nelson led and oversaw teams in the Houston/San Antonio and Austin areas. In Houston, Nelson was instrumental in leading a Sales team that grew revenues to $40mm annually. Nelson has significant experience providing Interim Professional Services as well as providing full end-to-end consulting solutions to a wide array of clientele. Prior to working in in the Professional Services industry, Nelson held various roles in the Energy sector.

Nelson’s area of expertise reside in interim solutions, small and large company account management, and providing high levels of customer service to each and every client.

Nelson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston.  

Nelson enjoys spending time with his wife Sylvia working in their garden and yard. Nelson has been playing golf most of his life and also enjoys watching professional and college sports when time allows. Nelson enjoys traveling, to new and different places, whether by train, plane or automobile.
