Based in South Florida, Natasha Brill is a Managing Director at ZRG. She manages senior-level executive search engagements in all disciplines of real estate, with a focus on client development, strategy, and execution.

With 20+ years of experience in real estate search, Natasha has formed an extensive network of relationships with real estate executives across the country. She has successfully completed a wide range of executive searches from C-suite to Vice President/Director level on behalf of premier commercial real estate firms throughout the US. Her clients include leading real estate investment firms, private equity, developers, family offices, and REITs.

Natasha is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, NAIOP, and PREA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Communications from Point Park University.

Natasha volunteers at her daughter’s school and the Humane Society. She enjoys playing tennis and traveling, and is conversant in Spanish.
