Mark Viner is President of ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice. He is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with deep experience in corporate leadership roles. Given his senior- and executive-level experiences with both privately held and Fortune 500 companies, Mark’s unique perspective allows him to truly understand his clients’ needs. His proven strength has been his ability to leverage this experience to help clients identify their interim and project needs and ultimately address their challenges together.  

Just before joining ZRG, Mark was Division President, Interim Resources for StevenDouglas, a national boutique search and interim services firm. He was brought on to build and lead an interim resources practice within the long-standing search firm, which was seeking to expand its service offerings for their clients. Over his 14-year leadership, the interim division grew to generate approximately $50M in revenue annually. Prior to his time at Steven Douglas, Mark was the initial Managing Director for the South Florida office of RGP. Under his leadership, that office achieved the fastest growth of any office within its year in the company’s history. Mark additionally spent six years as CFO of Dreams, Inc. (subsequently acquired by Fanatics), a $140M publicly held sports licensed products provider and retailer/franchisor of the Field of Dreams national chain of stores. Mark has held numerous senior-level financial management positions with The Walt Disney Company, Planet Hollywood International, Inc., Harris Corporation, and Deloitte.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Birmingham-Southern College. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
