Lucille Sansing, PhD, is a Senior Consultant and Member at ZRG The Registry, a division of ZRG’s Education, Nonprofit, and Social Impact practice. She brings extensive experience in higher education leadership, interim executive service, academic administration, adult education, and public policy.

Lucille became affiliated with ZRG The Registry in 2010, shortly before retiring as President of Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area.

Her interim leadership work includes serving as Interim Provost and President/CEO of Trident University International, Interim Provost at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, and Interim Special Consultant for Professional Studies at Gonzaga University. Across her career, she has held teaching and administrative roles at Washington College, the University of Redlands, and Notre Dame de Namur University. Her areas of expertise include non-traditional and adult education, public policy, and women’s studies. She has also served on national boards, including ACE’s Office of Women and the Aspen Institute’s Wye Faculty Seminar, and currently serves on the Board of the American University of Phnom Penh in Cambodia.

Lucille holds an AB from Bates College, an MA from the University of Virginia, and a PhD from George Washington University, all in sociology. A New Englander by birth, she is based in California.
