Experience ​

Ligia has 10 years of experience in business consulting and executive search, with a specialization in the technology, telecommunications, and services sectors, as well as experience in technology-related positions across various industries.​

Before joining ZRG, she spent five years in Korn Ferry’s Global Technology practice and worked in mid-management recruitment at a British consultancy.​

Throughout her career in executive search and recruitment, Ligia has developed strong expertise in market and organizational mapping, client advisory, candidate recruitment, and assessment across a wide range of sectors and functions.​

Education ​

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from ESPM, with an extension program at Université Cergy-Pontoise (Paris, France). Native Portuguese speaker, with advanced proficiency in English, intermediate French, and basic Spanish.
