Larry Hartmann is the CEO of ZRG Partners, one of the fastest-growing talent advisory and executive search firms in the industry. As a results-driven leader, Larry brings a broad business background in executive search and various industry sectors.
In his role as CEO, Larry is responsible for driving the firm's overall growth, client engagement, and profitability. His leadership focuses on attracting and recruiting top talent to join ZRG while strategically pursuing acquisitions that align with the firm's culture. Larry is also at the forefront of innovation, continually enhancing ZRG's data-driven value proposition.
Before joining ZRG in 2002, Larry co-founded Rockford Industries, a NASDAQ-listed commercial lending business serving the medical device market. Under his leadership, Rockford grew from a startup to an Inc. 500 recognized growth company, eventually going public and being acquired by American Express. This experience provided Larry with invaluable insights into growing a business, raising capital, and talent management across all stages of business development. Following the acquisition, Larry served as Executive Vice President at American Express for three years.
Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Larry has extensive experience as a board member, serving on the boards of public companies as well as private equity and venture-backed businesses. He is also deeply committed to philanthropy, actively supporting multiple nonprofit organizations as a board member and mentor to CEOs. Additionally, Larry sponsors an annual 10x Leadership Conference, a three-day leadership development retreat designed to empower faith-based nonprofit leaders.
