Krissy Callari is the Talent Operations Manager in the Embedded Recruiting Division of ZRG Partners. Based in New Jersey, she joined the organization three years ago as a consultant, supporting several clients, and has grown into an Operations role.

Krissy brings over a decade of experience in recruiting across various industries, skillfully fostering strong relationships with recruiting teams and management. Her dedication to enhancing the Embedded Recruiting division is evident in her commitment to adding value and driving growth.

Living on the Jersey Shore, Krissy enjoys spending time with her partner, family, and friends. An avid golfer, she also channels her passion into growing her nephew's foundation, "Something About Ben," in his memory. Through this foundation, she supports families who have lost a child, making a meaningful impact in their lives.
