Kim Gilliam joined ZRG as a Managing Director for the Interim Solutions & Project Consulting division in 2023. Kim is a seasoned business development executive with a demonstrated history of providing consultative staffing solutions and identifying top-tier professionals with experience in accounting and finance, audit, tax, HR, and business technology.
Previously, she served as a Business Development Director for Beech Valley Solutions, a tech-enabled staffing firm. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Manager at UHY Advisors for eight years. She also garnered experience as a Business Development Manager for Accretive Solutions, Parson Consulting, and Modis.
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and partaking in outdoor activities.
