Prior to joining ZRG, Kim was part of RGP’s Strategic Client Accounts Division, where she led teams worldwide, managing a global eyecare account and the world’s largest retailer. Earlier in her career, she held business development and leadership roles at NTT Data, Kelly Services, Fulcrum Consulting, and MDI Group, where she advised Fortune 500 and mid-market enterprise clients on critical talent needs and consulting solutions. Her expertise spans professional services, account management, and talent development, enabling her to solve complex workforce challenges and deliver high-impact results for her clients.
