With over a decade of experience in executive search, Karen leads and executes searches in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, Finance and Investment Banking.  She is passionate about partnering with clients to identify the talent that will help them achieve their growth objectives.

She began her search career in 2013 with Jill Feldman and Tom Labadie at a boutique search firm, where she placed dozens of leaders in Corporate and Investment Banking roles across all industries. Karen joined NextCap in 2020 from an HR consulting firm, where she placed executives with growth-stage companies.

Prior to entering the executive search field, Karen received a PhD in history from New York University. During her program, she received a Fulbright Scholarship and conducted extensive research in Russia and Europe. Karen graduated with honors with a BA from Columbia University.
