Karen Fletcher is the Head of Client Delivery for ZRG’s Interim Solutions and Project Consulting business units. In this role, she excels at driving client delivery and executing strategic initiatives for Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies. Her extensive experience spans diverse industries, including manufacturing, financial services, and consumer packaging. Karen is renowned for delivering pragmatic, results-oriented solutions that tackle complex business challenges. Her collaborative approach ensures seamless process transformation and drives measurable outcomes, meeting clients where they are and guiding them through their unique journeys.

Before joining ZRG, Karen built her expertise at PwC, EY, and RGP. Her career includes pivotal contributions to M&A transactions, lender due diligence, SOX compliance, and company turnarounds. At RGP, she was instrumental in developing solutions to help clients comply with ASC 606 and 842 standards, significantly expanding the firm’s practice in this area.

Karen’s expertise encompasses project leadership and execution, talent solutions and client management, solution delivery, and team mentorship. She has a proven ability to lead teams, design effective solutions, and manage complex projects that deliver tangible value to clients.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She is deeply engaged with her alma mater and the professional community as a member of the University of Illinois Geis Business School Alumni Board and the Chicago Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI).

Outside of her professional endeavors, Karen enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, running, and hiking with her husband, four children, and three dogs. She has fond memories of cheering on her children in cross-country, track, soccer, and lacrosse and now takes great pride in watching them thrive in their careers and education.
