Joe Kindt is a Principal in ZRG’s Private Equity Practice. As a client-focused advisor, Joe delivers search process and candidate excellence for clients across the United States. His thorough, collaborative, and candid approach is distinctive in the search industry.

His past clients include Fortune 500 companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and family-held organizations. After nearly a decade of placing CEOs, CFOs, General Managers, and other functional executives, he now works primarily with private equity clients.

He began his career with GE in a leadership development program and was promoted to advise senior leadership of an $8B publicly reporting business unit. After working for two major global retained executive search firms, he founded his own firm to exclusively serve private equity clients. Today, he continues to help private equity operators and investment partners navigate unique leadership challenges across the United States and Canada in a variety of sectors at the fund and portfolio company levels.

Joe received a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with honors.
