Jill is the Managing Director for Canada residing in ZRG Partners’ Calgary, Alberta, Canada office. Jill leads the Global Mining practice and is a leader in the Energy, Infrastructure/Construction and Agriculture practices. With over fifteen years in Mining, Oil and Gas and over fifteen years in executive search, Jill brings unique capabilities to ZRG’s Industrial Practice globally. Her blue-chip background aligned with her entrepreneurial spirit provides her clients with a unique opportunity to tap into markets where hidden talent and leaders may reside.

Jill undertakes senior assignments covering a wide range of technical and operational leadership roles which include Senior Technical, Corporate, C-Suite and Board Executive positions.

Jill began her career at Shell in their Mining group exploring for uranium. She then moved to Chevron where she spent 15 years as an explorationist in their exploration and production department (E&P). She moved to IBM Global Services where she led their Canadian Deskside Services Group which included the delivery of service to all Canadian clients and the Supply Chain organization. In 2017, Jill brought her energy, drive and relentless pursuit of excellence to ZRG Partners.

Jill is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada and holds her ICD.D designation. Jill is Director of ZRG Canada Ltd, the subsidiary of ZRG Partners and is on the Board of Directors of the Pinebrook Golf and Country Club. She is a Technical Delegate for the Federation Internationale de Ski (FIS), the governing body for ski racing and snow boarding worldwide.

She studied Geology at the University of New Brunswick and Queens University.

Jill is an avid golfer, hiker, skier and all things that allow her to enjoy her Rocky Mountain home.
