Jil Dasher is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Technology Practice. Jil spent 15 years in leadership roles with a global event management firm, earning recognition as a visionary industry leader. Additionally, she successfully co-owned and operated a multi-site QSR business for over 10 years. Prior to ZRG, Jil was at a global boutique executive search firm that specialized in high-growth technology roles for PE backed organizations Her hands-on experience in leadership, recruiting and developing high-performing teams has been instrumental in her ability to deliver unmatched value to growth-focused companies. 

Jil’s expertise spans technology, finance, operations, sales, and marketing for PE backed high growth companies, as well as public and privately held organizations. She has successfully placed senior leaders in roles including CEO, CTO, Chief Product Officer, CPDO, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Sales Officer and CFO for her clients in fintech, payments, edtech, healthtech, energytech, hospitality, and manufacturing. Jil earned her bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and currently lives in Scottsdale, AZ.
