Jerry Bratkovich focuses on several niches within ZRG. He brings a tremendous track record and history of success with over 30 years of Organizational Design, Human Capital Management, and Business Transactions experience.

Prior to joining ZRG, Jerry worked as an Executive Advisor to Itochu International Inc., the North American subsidiary of the global firm, Itochu Corporation. In this capacity, Jerry led an investment initiative focused on US healthcare companies and provided assistance with M&A, business development, talent, and other initiatives, including facilitating relations at the most senior levels with “Blue Chip” corporations. Earlier in his career, Jerry was also a Partner/Managing Director with The Hay Group, a leader in Organization & Human Resource Management Consulting.

Jerry has also served as CEO, US Group, Opinion Research Corporation (Market Research & Consulting); COO, Columbus Newport, LLC (Investment Banking, Management Consulting & Government Relations); Member of the Management Group, PA Consulting (Management, Systems & Technology Consulting). Jerry has served as a Director on a number of public, private, and non-profit boards, including Opinion Research Corporation, M-CAM, the California Museum of Science & Industry, Eastern University, Affordable Medicines for All Foundation, Eternal Truth Ministries, Impact Paterson, Kean University College of Business and Public Management, and the American Friends Board of the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. He has also been an Advisor to several growth stage companies, two Investment firms, and an Innovation Management firm.

His area of expertise focuses on Human Capital Management, Business Development, Deal Flow, and Financing support for private equity firms and their portfolio companies, with experience in several markets including Healthcare, Technology, Industrial, Financial Services, and Nonprofit & Education sectors. He has vast experience with nonprofit organizations, particularly providing financing and programmatic support to underserved communities (CDFIs and Community Development agencies). A life-long volunteer, board member, and donor for numerous nonprofit organizations and educational institutions, Jerry has a matchless spirit to serve.

A graduate of Wheaton College, Jerry has a BA in Psychology with additional coursework and Management Seminars at Stanford, University of Wisconsin, and University of Arizona.
