Jeff Mollica is a Managing Director for the Medical Device & Life Sciences Practice for ZRG Partners. Based in Philadelphia, he focuses exclusively on medical device life sciences, healthcare technology, and tech-enabled services (including digital health, transformation, and strategy) providing talent management solutions for executive and professional roles across the medical device ecosystem.

Jeff has successfully led over 100 executive search assignments for medical device and healthcare services companies at the CEO, officer, and senior leadership levels. Leveraging considerable functional and industry expertise, he executes quality work on key assignments and brings a proven track record spanning several life science verticals and functional areas.

Prior to joining ZRG, Jeff was a retained executive search consultant for Korn Ferry, where he completed high visibility C-level assignments including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, SVP & Head of R&D, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, and Chief Medical Officer. In addition, he has completed key Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Strategy assignments.

Jeff works across global geographies on senior-level engagements, boasting deep experience and expertise in Commercial, R&D, Operations, and Strategy. His network of clients includes Fortune 500 companies, development-stage companies, private equity-backed enterprises, and other publicly traded blue-chip organizations.

Prior to his executive search career, Jeff had over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry and held leadership roles for one of the top global medical device companies. He has been recognized for his leadership in developing strategic accounts across medical device sales organizations and for successfully growing and developing relationships with clients across the medical device and healthcare industries. He has a strong network of contacts, including relationships with influential leaders across various sectors, and has been a credible advisor and talent acquisition consultant for global medical device companies.
