Gwen joined ZRG as a Product Consultant in 2023. In this role, she oversees the development and refinement of digital products in addition to consulting on client projects.

Her ten years of experience in the talent & organizational consulting field span assessment, succession planning, talent strategy, DE&I, and organizational strategy.

Having worked extensively on large-scale transformation projects, culture has been an aspect of much of her work. She focuses on helping leaders understand the impact of both their style and their operating models on the environment that they create for their teams and the larger organisation.

Gwen is based in New York City and has worked globally, with extensive experience in financial services, professional services, industrials, and life sciences, among other industries.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vassar College.
