Greg Pascuzzi is a Managing Director in ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice, advising organizations on how to translate technology leadership into business impact.

Before joining ZRG, Greg served as a Managing Partner at Fortium Partners.

Greg brings a blend of operating and consulting leadership experience, having served as Chief Information Officer at Baron & Budd and as a partner at Accenture and Tatum. He has led technology strategy and transformation efforts across professional services, healthcare, and technology environments, with a focus on aligning IT capabilities to business goals. Greg is also active in nonprofit leadership, serving on multiple boards and leadership roles. Known for combining strategy with execution, he helps organizations navigate complex challenges and drive measurable outcomes through technology.

Greg is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
