Drummond Anderson is an executive search consultant with over 20 years of experience and a core focus on the Industrial sector and broader functional exposure in Financial Officers and Supply Chain.  His wider experience includes working in the Consumer, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Not For Profit sectors.

He brings over 10 years experience of living and working in Singapore as well as 3 years based in Hong Kong and India. Drummond has delivered executive search services across Southeast Asia, Australia, China, India, and the Middle East. Prior to his time in the APAC region, he spent 9 years based in the UK operating across Europe and the US.

He has functional expertise across all the major functions within general management including commercial roles, financial officers, supply chain, human resources, and IT.

Prior to joining ZRG. he was responsible for executive talent acquisition at Toll Group, a Singapore headquartered Supply Chain business, which at the time had 20,000 employees across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America and revenues of AU$8 billion. Toll Group is owned by Japan Post.

Previously, Drummond was a core member of the executive search team within the Global Industrial Markets practice for Korn Ferry and the CFO Practice Lead for ASEAN. He spent his early career at the Swire Group as part of Cathay Pacific Airways, based in Hong Kong & India.

Drummond lives in Singapore and works across Asia.  He has a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Bristol in the UK.
