Dominic Neal is a Principal in ZRG’s Global Health Practice, based out of London. He leads Board, C-suite, and senior executive appointments across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medtech and diagnostics sectors, working with clients across the industry spectrum from Top 100 global pharma companies to investor-backed early-stage innovators.
With over a decade of international executive search experience, Dominic has successfully delivered mandates across the end-to-end value chain of the life science industry, but has a particular strength in leading complex R&D, Commercial and General Management mandates across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. He is known for placing transformative leaders into roles including CEO, CSO, CFO and CMO, often at critical points of inflection such as pipeline acceleration, post-merger integration, or market approval / expansion.
Dominic brings a modern, collaborative and insight-led approach to search, combining deep industry knowledge with a strategic understanding of both corporate and investor-backed environments. While he works closely with venture and private equity firms, he is equally engaged by the evolving priorities of larger pharma—from portfolio realignment and strategy transformation to global talent diversity and succession planning.
Outside of work, Dominic enjoys time with his young family and is a keen sportsman, regularly playing squash, tennis and golf. He is also a qualified rugby union referee and a passionate home cook, having trained in some of London’s busiest Michelin-starred kitchens.
