Dominic Neal joined ZRG in Dec ‘21, through their acquisition of his former firm and brings with him more than eight years’ global executive search experience.

Today, Dominic sits as a Principal in the Global Life Sciences & Private Equity Practices respectively, specializing in Board, C-Suite, and Executive Leadership appointments across Life Sciences, Dx, Healthcare / Consumer Health, MedTech and Outsourced services.

He is based out of the London office.

Having spent his search career operating solely in the Life and Human Sciences arena, Dominic has built a strong, reputable network of senior executives within the field and has a particular focus of working with high growth, small cap or VC/PE backed organizations. Having worked on global, cross-border assignments spanning Asia, Europe, North America and Australia, Dominic is passionate about identifying and promoting diverse and inclusive talent.

Working with clients including but not limited to EQT, Gilde Healthcare, M-Ventures, Forbion, Novator, Astorg, medicxi, CVC etc. funds trust Dominic to appoint executives who complete the “jigsaw puzzle”, not only from a technical standpoint, but also bringing the necessary cultural perspectives in order to bring positive disruption to an organization.

Dominic knows that working with such companies, the need for agility and creativity as a leader is critical.

He believes that ultimately, in order to bring true positive impact to the future of global health and sustainability, companies need to strive for success in every facet of business, which starts by building high-performing leadership teams.

Dominic enjoys playing squash, is a qualified rugby union referee and has a deep passion for cooking – having spent his youth growing up in Michelin-starred kitchens.
