Denise joined Jamesbeck as a Partner in 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in global asset management recruiting. Most recently, she was a Managing Director at Bay Street Advisors, a boutique search firm based in New York. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Westwood Partners as a Managing Director where her track record for identifying and attracting diversity candidates was unparalleled. Before joining Westwood, she was one of the founding members of Orion Advisors, a boutique asset management recruiting firm where she was a Managing Director for thirteen years. She began her search career at Warren International, where she was the Director of Research managing the firm’s candidate identification and development team. Additionally, she was a Vice President at PrinceGoldsmith LLC. Denise earned an MS in Secondary Education, English from Hofstra University, and a BA in English from Rosemont College.

Denise divides her time between NYC and East Hampton. When she is not working, she can usually be found restoring her 1940’s cottage or trying every new restaurant in NYC, in hopes of being tapped to be the next New York Times food critic.
