Deepali Vyas is the Global Head of the Data & AI Sector at ZRG, where she leads executive search and talent strategy for organizations seeking to transform through data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. With over 25 years of experience advising Fortune 500, private equity, and venture-backed companies, Deepali is recognized as one of the foremost experts in identifying and placing transformative leadership across the global data and AI ecosystem.
Her deep expertise spans fintech, crypto, and the broader financial innovation landscape, having worked extensively with private equity firms, digital asset platforms, and high-growth VC-backed startups to build forward-looking leadership teams.
Before joining ZRG, Deepali was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, where she led the firm’s Global Data, AI, and FinTech Practice. Her work focused on building leadership teams at the intersection of technology, innovation, and financial services. Prior to Korn Ferry, she served as Sector Leader for the Global Markets Practice at Heidrick & Struggles, advising C-suite leaders and Boards on executive talent strategy across data/quantitative analytics, digital transformation, and capital markets.
Deepali has successfully placed senior leaders in roles including Chief Data Officer, Chief AI Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, CEO, CTO, and Chief Product Officer, spanning financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer, and industrial sectors. Her expertise also includes organizational design, talent assessment, and leadership advisory.
