With more than two decades of global Search experience and 500 projects spanning Life Sciences, Technology and Industrial sectors, David spends his time travelling between Europe and the US, recruiting inspiring and impactful leaders for companies who are changing lives through disruptive and innovative science and technologies.

His clients range from emerging, VC-backed start-ups, through to PE-owned growth-stage investments on to multi-billion-dollar market leaders. David’s follows a multi-national, cross cultural approach to each Search to find and attract talent regarded as being best-in-class, giving his clients access to both familiar and unfamiliar sources.

This fresh thinking offers hiring executives a new perspective and the broadest possible range of options when making critical hiring decisions. He is respected for his responsiveness, passion, honesty and candor, with many clients taking David with them as they progress on their own career journey.

Prior to ZRG, David held senior roles in two leading international boutique executive search firms, where he built new practice areas from scratch that lead to successful expansion in new markets and continents.

David holds an Honors Degree in Physics with Astrophysics and a Masters’ Degree in Analytical Science, both from the University of Manchester.

David enjoys global travel, fine dining, reading Science Fiction and can sometimes be found DJ'ing in his hometown of Manchester.
