Dave Fortier brings over 20 years of experience in the search industry to his leadership role as a Managing Partner and Global Head, Partner Recruitment at ZRG Partners. This role, Dave leads recruitment of Managing Directors and Principals across all industry and functional practices globally.

Dave joined ZRG in 2011 as its first Healthcare/Life Sciences consultant, served on the firm’s CEO Council from 2015-2020, and has co-led the global Life Sciences practice since 2017. Over his tenure, Dave has contributed to the growth of the firm from a 30-person boutique to the 600+ person talent advisory firm it is today.

As a search consultant, Dave works closely with his clients to provide the best C-suite, business unit, and functional leadership across Healthcare, Life Sciences, and Private Equity. Clients and executive candidates appreciate his integrity, candor, and counsel toward successful outcomes with immediate and long-term benefits for all parties.

Dave is a proud graduate of the University of Illinois and a devoted fan of Fighting Illini athletics. He supports several veterans’ organizations as a volunteer and contributor and is a past board member of Habitat for Humanity and the Baltimore-Washington Medical Center Foundation.
