With more than 30 years of experience, combining executive leadership roles in major corporations and leadership positions in global strategic consulting firms, Daniela served on the Executive Committee of Ultracargo (Ultra Group) as Director of Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, and Sustainability. She also served as HR Director at Lefosse Advogados.

As a consultant, Daniela played a key role in establishing Cambridge Leadership Associates in Brazil and served as Director at Hay Group, now Korn Ferry. In this role, she worked directly with C-level executives from leading organizations, including C&A, Localiza, O Boticário, BASF, Bristol Myers Squibb, Votorantim, Unilever, Ultra Group, Fibria, Ambev, Avon, and Nextel, among others.

Currently, Daniela is Director of Consulting & Leadership Advisory at ZRG, where she supports organizations in leadership development, cultural transformation initiatives, top team alignment projects, executive assessment, talent identification, succession planning, and other strategic leadership initiatives.

Daniela holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM (Higher School of Advertising and Marketing), and an Executive HR for C-Level Leaders specialization from Harvard Business School.
